90-Day Edge Protocol — The Flagship Program
90 days. Private sessions. A structured program built around Stephanie's figure-skating edge methodology — applied to hockey. This is where skating stops being your weakness and starts being your advantage.

The 90-Day Edge Protocol is for players who are done being held back by their skating. Whether you're fighting for a D1 scholarship, competing for a junior contract, or staring down a professional tryout, this program is built for one outcome: your skating is no longer the question mark.
Every session is private. Every drill is intentional. Everything is built around your edge mechanics, your game, your next level. Ninety days of the most specific, high-leverage skating work available in the Twin Cities — delivered in-person at Minneapolis-St. Paul area rinks.
This is the highest-ROI investment in your player's hockey career. Players at the NCAA and professional level aren't separated by hustle — they're separated by skating mechanics that were never addressed.
The 90-Day Edge Protocol addresses them, systematically, with a coach whose understanding of edges comes from competing at the world level and judging at the national level. You're not paying for sessions. You're paying for the transformation that changes recruiting conversations.
What's Included
Who Qualifies
Applications are reviewed by Stephanie personally. This program is built for players who are genuinely competing for the next level — not players who want to skate better in general. The distinction matters.
Players ages 14–23 pursuing NCAA Division I or Division III, Tier 1 or Tier 2 junior hockey, AHL, or NHL-level play.
"Bubble players" — athletes whose skating is the one thing between them and the next level. That gap is what this program is designed to close.
Players with a real deadline — an upcoming evaluation, a scholarship conversation, a tryout window. The program is built to move the needle before it matters.
Players already competing at AAA, Tier 1 or Tier 2 junior, college club, or semi-pro who know their skating is the limiting factor.
Timing
The players who get the call are the ones who stopped hoping their skating would get better on its own and started doing something about it. The 90-Day Edge Protocol is a 90-day window — 90 days where skating mechanics that have been limiting your player for years get addressed, systematically, by the right coach.
Players who go through this program enter evaluations differently. Not because they hope scouts won't notice their edges. Because they know the work has been done.
Apply Now →Why The Edge Protocol
Top-4 ISU World Championships. 3x U.S. National Champion. The edge mechanics knowledge Stephanie brings to hockey coaching was built at the highest competitive level in the sport that invented modern edge work.
No group sessions. No shared ice. Every minute of every session is focused on one player's edge mechanics. The dilution problem that makes most skating programs ineffective doesn't exist here.
Written performance reports. Progress video. Final summary. The 90-Day Protocol produces documented evidence of change — the kind families can share with coaches, scouts, and recruiting contacts.
Not skating in general. Not puck skills. Edges — the most undertrained skill in hockey and the first filter every serious evaluator applies. That focus is why the program produces results in 90 days.
"The players who get D1 offers and junior contracts aren't separated from the bubble by compete level. They're separated by skating mechanics. That's the one variable this program addresses directly."
This program accepts a limited number of athletes per quarter to maintain the quality of private coaching. Applications are reviewed by Stephanie personally.
